It started as a fast scribble. And ended as a 4 hour pic lol.
So some depressing Botw Link art. The BG just came without inspiration. maybe he is training in a cavern or something? idk
Some note: Doujinshi will be probably uploaded the coming weekend. My pc almost died on me (had to replace the grafic card) so I couldn't do anything the last weeks. So sorry

A sad piece. Let us give it a sad context.
In the cave like dock under the castle, by the ancient shiekah shrine a ritual was performed. The Sheikah have a special ritual they perform for special warriors or priests. To symbolize their complete devotion to a cause or service that they cannot escape from they tattoo their skin with a certain symbol. Link as not only the champion but the hero of the sword was asked to perform this ritual without the knowledge of the other champions. He can't look at his back, he just has to have faith that the symbol is there. Enduring the pain so the symbol would take shape properly, he never told anyone about it. Nor would he tell anyone if they asked about it. He just carries it quietly. A constant reminder of his duty.
